Cancellation Policy

KORE ATHLETICS BOOKING POLICY By booking a KORE Athletics service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following policies. For athletes under 18, the parent/guardian booking or authorizing the appointment accepts these terms on the athlete's behalf. PERFORMANCE TRAINING • Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled without losing the session credit. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late cancellations. The scheduled session will be counted as used and the session credit will be forfeited. • No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session credit. • Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled appointment. Your session will still end at the original scheduled time. • Genuine emergencies, serious illness, or injury may be considered for an exception at KORE Athletics' discretion. Exceptions are not guaranteed. CHEER WORKSHOPS • Workshop registrations are generally non-refundable because spaces are limited. • Cancellations made 48+ hours before a workshop may be eligible for a future workshop credit at KORE Athletics' discretion. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a workshop, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit. • Workshop registration transfers to another athlete require prior approval from KORE Athletics. PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS • Session credits are for the athlete for whom they were purchased and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash unless approved by KORE Athletics. • Unused sessions do not automatically roll over unless stated in the applicable package or membership terms. • Canceling an individual appointment does not cancel a recurring membership or subscription. • Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of services or future bookings until the balance is resolved. REPEATED CANCELLATIONS Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions, requiring payment in advance, or termination of services. KORE ATHLETICS CANCELLATIONS If KORE Athletics must cancel or reschedule a session, the client will receive the applicable session credit back or be given the opportunity to reschedule. By clicking Book/Confirm, you agree to this Booking Policy and understand that your appointment or workshop space is reserved specifically for you.
